RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Domestic (Within Malaysia)

  1.  If you are not satisfied with your ordered item(s), you may return the item(s) to us within seven (7) days of receiving your order for replacement or refund. You may submit a return request form at http://www.rhbeefarms.com/return-refund-form/ or call 084-216155 before returning the item(s) to our address. After submitted a request, we will get in touch with you as quickly as possible to assist you with this matter. After seven (7) days from the date of receiving your order, we will not entertain any return or refund request.
  2. All the costs for returning the item(s) shall be at your own expenses.
  3. For refund request, item(s) must be delivered and received by us in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly to avoid any damages.
  4. For replacement of the damaged or broken item(s), we will request for proof of damages or broken, proof of delivery, proof of order and proof of payment.
  5. We will only accept returned items(s) which meet all the following condition(s):
    • The item(s) returned to us must attach with its original label, original product tags, and original product packaging.
    • The item(s) returned to us is sealed as originally.
    • The item(s) returned to us is un-used or is not consumed.
    • The item(s) returned to us is not damaged or broken or in any form that results the item(s) cannot be used or consumed again. We take great pride in the quality of our products; therefore, all items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse.
  6. Upon receipt of the Products, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email or phone call as soon as possible.

 

International (Outside Malaysia)

  1. For international orders, we will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred during delivery. Unless it is because of our fault such as incorrect item delivered.
  2. For international orders, we will not be liable for any costs or losses if your ordered item(s) is/are seized by your country’s custom. Therefore, we advise you to check with your country’s related government agency before placing an order.
