Sorry, we only accept MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) as our payment currency at this moment.

Yes, you can place an order without an account. However, we encourage you to create an account to get updated with our latest and attractive promotions, while to have your information and order history saved for your best online shopping experience.

Thank you for placing an order. Now you have to make your payment to clear the total amount due in your order within 48 hours. Failing to so will result your order to be cancelled without any prior notice.

You have to submit a Bank Transfer Confirmation (BTC) at Once your payment is verified by our finance department, we will notify you via email and start to process your order for future actions.

Delivery & Shipping

We will deliver your order using our courier partner, PosLaju.

Yes, you can enjoy free delivery for order more than RM500.00. However, this is for delivery addresses within Malaysia areas only. If your order is below RM500.00, you have to pay the delivery cost as indicated on your checkout page.

Sorry, we do not provide free delivery to outside Malaysia at this moment.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened items with label and tag attached within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Before returning an item, please check our Refunds & Returns to make sure your item is eligible for return.

If your return meets all requirements, return can be initiated via the Online Returns Form. If you are unable to access the Online Return Form, please contact us at Contact Us. We are happy to assist you with your return.

All the cost of returning the item(s) should be at your own expenses.

However, we will bear all the costs for delivering the indicated item(s) in your Online Return Form if the return is a result of R H BEE FARMS SDN BHD error such as wrong item(s) delivered, wrong address, and defective item(s).

We do not provide refunds to the following matters:

  • If the item(s) returned to R H BEE FARMS is unsealed.
  • If the item(s) returned to R H BEE FARMS is opened.
  • If the item(s) is returned to our address as undeliverable (No such address, or wrong address), the refund amount will include the return delivery as buyer error.

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will refund the order, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within seven (7) days from the date you receive the item with proof of purchase.
