Delivery Policy

Domestic delivery (Within Malaysia)

  1. Our item(s) will be wrapped using airbag wrap and packed with carton box.
  2. We will deliver the item(s) to your shipping address provided by you in your order. Delivery within Malaysia usually takes one (1) to four (4) working days. Delaying in delivery may happen.
  3. You should contact R H Bee Farms Sdn Bhd at +6 084-216155 or email to shipping@rhbeefarms.com in the case of you have not received your order within a reasonable period of time.
  4. In the case of which the delivery is not possible to the shipping address provided by you, we will contact you to obtain an alternative shipping address. If you failed to provide an alternative shipping address after we attempted to contact you, we will return your ordered item(s) to us. When we receive returned item(s) due to customer’s fault or failure to provide a correct shipping address or failed to provide an alternative shipping address, we will issue a refund excluding delivery costs incurred when the item(s) is returned back to us.
  5. For delivery or collection delays due to non-reasonable refusal, we may (without affecting any other rights or remedies at our discretion) practice either or both of the following options: a) charge to you any fees or other additional costs incurred to us; or b) we will refund to you the amount paid to us, less any reasonable administration charges (including re-attempt delivery fee and cost incurred for re-stocking).
  6. All risks are transferred to the buyer upon receipt of the item(s).
  7. In the event there exists system bugs or website errors, the value on the website should prevail.

International delivery (Within Malaysia)

  1. Our item(s) will be wrapped using airbag wrap and packed with carton box.
  2. We will deliver the item(s) to your shipping address provided by you in your order. Delivery to countries outside Malaysia usually takes five (5) to fourteen (14) working days. Delaying in delivery may happen.
  3. You should contact R H Bee Farms Sdn Bhd at +6 084-216155 or email to shipping@rhbeefarms.com in the case of you have not received your order within a reasonable period of time.
  4. For international delivery, we will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred during delivery. Unless it is because of our fault such as incorrect item delivered.
  5. For international delivery, we will not be liable for any costs or losses if your ordered item(s) is/are seized by your country’s custom. Therefore, we advise you to check with your country’s related government agency before placing an order.
